Return & Exchange Guidelines
Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery
Condition Requirements: Products must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and safety of our lighting collections, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or specially ordered chandeliers and lighting fixtures
- Products that have been installed, used, or modified
- Items with damaged packaging or missing original components
- Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
The Return & Exchange Process
1 Initiate Your Return Request

2 Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping your return.
3 Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure the product is packed securely in its original packaging with all included components. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
4 Return Processing
Once we receive your return at our facility (Palecek Lighting Store, 1054 Hewes Avenue, Hanover, US 21076), our quality team will inspect the product. You will receive email notification once the inspection is complete.
Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
